Preorder items are items that are not yet available on our online shop. A preorder item is when you purchase the item in advance, and then your order will be shipped when the item becomes available. Due to the limited availability of our SS22 swimwear drop, we are offering our customers the chance to pre-order our SS22 collection. This means that you can avoid the launch day rush, securing an item ahead of time and not having to worry about it selling out! To minimise our impact on the planet, we make all our items to order and therefore have a strict no returns policy, unless the item is damaged or defective. Please view our full policy here.
We make all our items to order and therefore cannot accept or manage exchanges. Please ensure that you check our size chart carefully. If you have ordered the wrong size, we suggest gifting to a friend donating to charity or re-selling on a platform like Depop. Please view our full policy on returns / exchanges here.
Received a damaged item? Not to worry! We will happily accept returns of our products if the item was received damaged or if there is a defect in the material of the item. Please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Claims for damaged/defective items must be submitted within 20 days after the item has been received. Visit our returns policy for information on how to return.
Our manufacturer has facilities in the USA, Canada, Mexico, Lativa and Spain, and has fulfilment partners in Australia, Japan and Brazil. This allows around 80% of our orders to ship regionally, helping with faster shipping times, reduced shipping costs and lower levels of co2 emissions produced in transporting orders.
Occasionally shipments outside of the US and Europe will incur customs fees. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. Any fees are paid to appropriate customs agency are the responsibility of the customer. For UK orders: due to new BREXIT regulations, orders over £135 will be subject to customs tax / duties.
Yes, we ship globally! Due to legal restrictions or shipping limitations, we do not ship to Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea.

ITEMS LOST IN TRANSIT
If you believe your item has been lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days from the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. If you fail to contact us within this timeframe, we will be unable to assist you.
You can buy our bikinis as a set, or individually as tops and bottoms. Please note that when you buy a set, the set will be the same size and you cannot specify different sized tops and bottoms.
Please use our size guide to determine your sizing. As we do not use national sizing, please use a tape measure to take your measurements, and then compare it to our size charts provided on the product pages.
