Our returns policy is as follows:

  • Customers must pay for the cost of return
  • Returns must be made within 14 days from the delivery date
  • All returned items must be unwashed, unworn and undamaged with the original tags / packaging attached
  • The original packing slip must accompany the returned 
  • All returns are subject to inspection

Note: for reasons of hygiene, we are unable to accept your return and exchange of bikini bottoms, bikini sets, one-piece swimsuits, board shorts, shorty rashguard and face buffs.

Hygiene and our customers’ safety is very important to us, and due to the nature of certain items the below can’t be returned for refunds at present including:

  • Bikini bottoms
  • Bikini sets
  • One-piece swimsuits
  • Shorty rashguard
  • Face buffs
  • Board shorts

We are unable to accept returns of garments that are out of their original packaging, have been worn or have had tags taken off. If you fail to comply with these conditions, we have the right to refuse a refund. If you receive a damaged/defective item, please contact us prior to returning the item.

If you would like to return an order, please email orders@wearebluwild.com with your order number and details of purchase. We will then email you posting instructions. Please note, customers are responsible for the cost of the return.

Once we receive your return at our warehouse, it will take 5-7 business days to process. Your funds will then be credited back to your original method of payment. Please keep in mind it can take up to 7-10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

Any returns that arrive after the 14 days are ineligible for return and will be reshipped to the customer upon receipt at our fulfillment center. Please note, you will be liable for postage costs for us to return these item(s) to you.

Received a damaged item? Not to worry! Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately, attaching photos of the damaged/defective item. Please ensure that claims for damaged/defective items are submitted within 20 days after your item has been received. Please do not return a damaged item without contacting us first.

If you believe your item has been lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days from the estimated delivery date. If you fail to contact us within this timeframe, we will be unable to assist you.

Please note that once an order has gone into production, we cannot modify or cancel the order, except to update name / delivery details. Once the order is shipped we cannot modify or cancel the order.

We do not offer returns/exchanges for sale items. Gift cards are non-refundable.

Preorders and preorder deposit payments are not refundable. Please note that once a pre-order order item has gone into production, we cannot modify or cancel the order (except to update name / delivery details).
