Orders from within Europe & the USA will usually arrive 5-12 business days after making a purchase. For global shipping outside of this, orders will usually arrive within 7-20 business days - depending on location. Once your order has been fulfilled, a confirmation email will be sent with a tracking number.
Many of our products are made to order - helping us to keep our carbon footprint low and our waste minimal. This means that on top of shipping, there is often a small amount of production and processing time (usually 5-10 days). Once an order is placed, your items will go into production, at which point there will not be any information available for tracking the order and you will not be able to modify your order. Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email will be sent with a tracking number.
While most packages arrive on time, there may be circumstances that are out of our control that affect delivery times (natural disasters, holidays, weather). For this reason, we cannot guarantee the exact date of delivery.
We ship from two regions: the USA and the EU. If you live outside of these regions, please note that you may be required to pay customs / duties taxes. For UK customers, you will need to pay customs fees on orders over £135.
We ship globally, but please note that shipping rates vary according to region. We do not ship to: Afghanistan, Belarus, Bhutan, Canary Islands, Chad, Cuba, Ecuador, Iran, Laos, Libya, Mongolia, North Korea, Papua New Guinea, Russia, Samoa, Solomon Islands, South Sudan, Syria, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Ukraine and Yemen. Please note that this list may change periodically. Please also note that for some international shipping locations, shipping can take an extended time.
All international packages may be subject to taxes and duties. Please be advised that our shipping fees do not include duty/customs charges on imported packages that exceed a certain amount. Please ensure that you check your country’s tax specification prior to ordering with us, as Blu Wild cannot be held responsible for any tax/duty payments and are unable to refund any taxes / duties. For UK customers, you will need to pay customs fees on orders over £135 if purchasing from this store.
