PRE-ORDER FAQs

***SHIPPING UPDATE***

Due to manufacturing delays out of our control, our LadyShark pre-orders are now expected to ship in July 2022.

This is incredibly disappointing for us as a small business and we're working hard with our manufacturers to get you your orders ASAP.

We apologise for the delay and appreciate your patience while we work to get your order to you as quickly and as safely as possible. Thank you for your support, please check back here for further updates.

 

WHEN WILL MY PREORDER ARRIVE?

Items which are on pre-order will have an estimated time frame for delivery. When preordering an item, the estimated delivery date is stated on the product page and you will receive a dispatch confirmation email when the order is shipped out. Due to the pre-sale nature of such transactions, you should expect a potential delay between the purchase of the product and its actual delivery. Delivery times are estimates and subject to change without notice, but we do everything within our power to deliver on time.

If your order contains some preorder items as well as some items that we do have available, your order will not ship until the pre-order item is available for shipping. You are more than welcome to request the available items to be shipped separately, however this will incur a separate shipping fee.  

WHAT IS A PREORDER?

Preorder items are items that are not yet available¬†on¬†our online shop. When pre-ordering an item from our store,¬†you purchase the item in advance¬†which¬†will then be distributed once the ordered style becomes available. All ‚Äúpreorder‚ÄĚ items will be stated clearly so please check this when purchasing.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF PREORDERING?

Due to the limited availability of our SS22 swimwear drop, we are offering our customers the chance to pre-order our SS22 collection. This means that you can avoid the launch day rush, securing an item ahead of time and not having to worry about it selling out! We're also offering a discount to customers who select the "pay now" pre-order option.

WHAT ARE THE PREORDER PAYMENT OPTIONS?

All preorder’s must be paid for at time of placing the order. We offer two different ways to place pre-orders through our online store:

1. Pay later option

With this option, you will be charged a deposit and the remaining balance will be due when the pre-order closes. If you cancel your pay later within 5 days, the deposit will be refunded in full. If you cancel after 5 days, the deposit will not be refunded.

2. Pay now option 

For the "pay now" option, you are charged in full at the time of purchase and given a discount for paying in full.

Please note giftcards or discounts cannot be used on our preorder collection.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY PREORDER?

If you have paid for pre-ordered content¬†but have changed your mind about the purchase ‚ÄĒ you can request a refund. Refunds can be issued for pre-ordered items, as long as the request is made within;¬†14 days of purchase and prior to the pre-order closing date (13/Mar/22). In some cases, after the closing date we may be able to edit your pre-order for a different size/style, at our discretion. For the pay later option, if you cancel your pay later within 5 days, the deposit will be refunded in full. If you cancel after 5 days, the deposit will not be refunded. Blu Wild¬†reserves the right to cancel a preorder without notice,¬†in which a refund will be issued.

CAN I RETURN MY PREORDER?

Standard return policies apply to all pre-orders. Please make yourself fully aware of these conditions prior to placing a pre-order with us.

Pre-order Terms of Service

Pre-order items shall be governed by our existing terms of service with the following exceptions:

  1. Discount codes and gift cards are not valid on pre-order items.
  2. Returns: Standard return policies apply to all pre-orders. Please make yourself fully aware of these conditions prior to placing a pre-order with us.
  3. Cancellation: Refunds can be issued for pre-ordered content, as long as the request is made within 14 days of purchase. After this period, we may be able to edit your pre-order for a different size/style, as long as it is before production. For the pay later option, if you cancel your pay later within 5 days, the deposit will be refunded in full. If you cancel after 5 days, the deposit will not be refunded. Blu Wild reserves the right to cancel a preorder without notice, in which a refund will be issued.
